Job Details

Responsibilities:

As a Consulting Administrative Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
2. Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.
3. Developing and maintaining electronic files and databases.
4. Performing data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
5. Drafting and editing correspondence, reports, memos, and emails.
6. Maintaining office supplies and coordinating maintenance of office equipment.
7. Providing general support to visitors and clients.
8. Assisting in the preparation of client presentations and proposals.
9. Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients on behalf of executives.
10. Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or a similar role, preferably within a consulting firm.
2. Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
3. Experience with office management systems and procedures.
4. Strong data entry skills, with an ability to spot numerical errors.
5. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
7. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9. A proactive approach to work, with a strong ability to work independently.
10. High school degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
