Job Descrtiption:

• The Key things they want to see in a Candidate include:
• 15-20 years of experience and has been a lead Architect for several years… Someone who has “been there and done that”
• Someone who has at least 2-3 Brownfield Migrations under their belt and can bring that wealth of experience to the table.
• Someone who can advise the client from the learnings from his/her experience from previous projects and avoid repeating the same mistakes (ie:  learn from someone else’s project mistakes.
• Someone who is a high level architect and knows how SAP fits end to end but someone who has been extremely hands on as well and if in an emergency can go into the system his/her self and diagnose and knows how to fix the problem even though they won’t have to code.  They’ll just need to explain to the ABAP team what the problem is, what the recommended solution is and then let the ABAP Fix it.
• Someone familiar with Readiness Reports and Simplification Tables
• Besides being technically good, should also have good attitude to work in a team
• Candidates don’t have to have worked for a huge company and that in fact, they prefer if the candidate did 3 brownfields at smaller companies where they got more end to end exposure.
