About the Role:

• We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead product initiatives and work closely with business and technology teams within the banking domain.
• The candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, defining product features, managing the product backlog, and ensuring successful delivery of business solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
• Create and maintain product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with multiple technology teams to understand changes, integrations, data feeds, and system enhancements.
• Act as the link between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Drive product discussions and help teams make informed decisions.
• Prioritize features based on business value and customer needs. Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.
• Track dependencies, risks, and delivery progress. Ensure solutions meet business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or System Analyst in the banking industry.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and product backlog management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience creating user stories, business requirements, and functional documentation.
• Good understanding of APIs, cloud technologies, databases (Oracle preferred), Kafka, and data integrations.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Banking domain experience is mandatory.
• Knowledge of payment systems is mandatory.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
