Summary

Position: Fullstack Developer (Python/React)
Type: Hourly contract (Extended team)
Compensation: $140K - $220K/yr
Location: Remote (must overlap PST timezone 6 to 8 hours)
Commitment: Full time

Role Responsibilities

Build and evolve frontend systems using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks.
Design and ship Python backends including secure, high performance APIs and services.
Own PostgreSQL data modeling, queries, migrations, and performance optimization.
Integrate internal and external APIs to support core product workflows.
Deploy and operate services on AWS infrastructure.
Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, observability, and documentation.
Communicate clearly in a fast moving, async, remote team environment.

Requirements

Strong experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Solid backend experience in Python with modern frameworks.
Practical knowledge of PostgreSQL schema design and performance.
Experience deploying and running production systems on AWS.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in remote teams.
