Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI Solutions Architect who combines enterprise architecture, strategic consulting, and hands-on Generative AI development. The ideal candidate will partner with senior business and technology leaders to identify high-value AI opportunities, evaluate them based on business impact, cost, feasibility, and risk, and translate them into secure, scalable, enterprise-grade Azure solutions.

This role is approximately 60% advisory/architecture and 40% hands-on development. The candidate must be comfortable leading executive-level discovery workshops and presenting business cases while also building functional prototypes using AI agents, RAG, LLMs, MCP, and multi-agent architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI discovery and strategy workshops with senior business and technology stakeholders.

• Identify, assess, and prioritize AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, cost, risk, and scalability.

• Design secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.

• Develop hands-on GenAI prototypes using LLMs, AI agents, RAG, MCP, and multi-agent workflows.

• Translate business requirements into enterprise AI architecture and technical solutions.

• Develop business cases and communicate AI solution strategies to executive stakeholders.

• Guide solutions through ideation, prototype, pilot, and production stages.

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and determine their applicability to enterprise use cases.

• Collaborate with engineering, data, security, architecture, and business teams to ensure successful AI adoption.

• Apply enterprise architecture, security, governance, and responsible AI principles to GenAI solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solutions architecture, technology consulting, or a related field.

• Strong hands-on experience designing Azure-based enterprise solutions.

• Practical experience implementing Generative AI / LLM solutions.

• Strong experience with AI agents, RAG, LLMs, MCP, and multi-agent architectures.

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry.

• Hands-on experience with Claude / Anthropic technologies.

• Experience with Claude Agent SDK and/or Claude Code.

• Strong understanding of enterprise AI architecture, security, scalability, and governance.

• Experience leading business/technical discovery workshops with senior stakeholders.

• Ability to translate business problems into practical AI solution architectures.

• Strong communication, presentation, consulting, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Banking or Financial Services domain experience.

• Experience with Power Platform and Copilot Studio.

• Experience with Snowflake and Cortex Search.

• Experience designing enterprise search and RAG solutions.

• Experience taking GenAI solutions from prototype through pilot and production.

• Knowledge of responsible AI, AI governance, security, and enterprise architecture frameworks.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a hands-on AI architect and consultant who can bridge business strategy and technical implementation. They should be equally comfortable discussing AI strategy with executives and writing code to build a working GenAI prototype.

This is not a pure Project Manager, Data Scientist, Power Platform Developer, or Infrastructure Architect role. We are specifically looking for an architect who can connect business challenges to enterprise-grade AI solutions and drive them from discovery → architecture → prototype → pilot → production.
