Summary

Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI) has an immediate opening for a NonStop System Engineer

NonStop System Engineer (Fort Collins, CO - Onsite)

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Break / Fix requests: replacement of disk drives, memory, power supplies, i/o cards, and assist with troubleshooting issues, etc…
Hardware Health Checks
Network Install and Configuration
System hardware configuration changes
New System Installation: Physical racking and un-racking, power connections, disks, i/o, etc…
System backups
Provide weekly status reports

REQUIRED SKILLS

Minimum 4+ years of experience with installation and configuration of rack mounted computer hardware
Experience with basic networking hardware installation and configuration
Experience with OS software: Windows Server, Linux, and VMware a plus
Ability to lift 50lbs.
Ability to climb ladders and pull/install cable
Desire to train and learn HPE NonStop System concepts and technologies
Demonstrated strong interpersonal and telephone skills
