Summary
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete lifecycle of utility devices and meters.
Handle device installation, removal, replacement, and transfer processes.
Maintain device master data and technical information.
Support meter/device inventory and stock management.
Work with meter readings and device-related transactions.
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP DM functional issues.
Support integration between SAP DM, SAP IS-U, Billing, and FI-CA.
Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and utility operations teams.
Participate in requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and production support.
Required Skills
8+ years of SAP experience with strong SAP DM knowledge.
Hands-on experience in SAP Device Management / SAP IS-U.
Strong understanding of Meter Management and Device Lifecycle Management.
Knowledge of Utilities business processes.
Experience with device installation, removal, replacement, and meter-related transactions.
Understanding of integration with SAP Billing and FI-CA.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
