About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Product Analyst to lead workstreams, develop requirements, and bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You'll work independently, mentor junior analysts, and drive projects from analysis through delivery.
What You'll Do- Lead analysis of business needs and identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with developers, architects, and business leaders on complex application changes
- Gather and document detailed business requirements and user stories
- Manage stakeholder communications across functional areas
- Work within Scrum or Kanban teams and facilitate key discussions
- Develop acceptance criteria and lead backlog grooming sessions
- Plan and oversee functional testing and user training
- Create workflow diagrams and technical documentation
- Lead risk assessments and develop mitigation plans
- Mentor junior analysts
What You'll Need- Strong experience with Agile methodology, JIRA, Scrum, and UAT testing
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience in Financial Services and mortgage industry (strongly preferred)
- Ability to interface effectively with middle and senior management
- Track record of delivering quality work in fast-paced environments

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $48.07 - $48.07/hr.
