Systems Engineer (Microsoft Intune, Azure AD)

Position Details:

• Job Title: Endpoint Systems Engineer – Intune / Azure AD Administrator

• Location: Atlanta, GA

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 Days per week)

• Employment Type: Contract

• Contract Duration: December 7, 2026 – June 30, 2027

• Working Hours: 40 hours per week

• Pay Rate: $44.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune, Azure AD / Entra ID, and Endpoint Configuration Manager

• Build and deploy application packages through Intune Endpoint Manager

• Manage and troubleshoot laptops, mobile devices, and endpoint systems

• Handle complex technical issues and escalations

• Administer Azure and Active Directory environments

• Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams and Outlook

• Develop technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge articles

• Monitor support KPIs and recommend system improvements

Required Skills:

• 3 years of experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and Endpoint Configuration Manager

• 3 years supporting, installing, and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 products

• 3 years of experience with Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2012–2019, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Teams

• 3 years supporting computer peripherals, network copiers, and video conferencing equipment

• Experience with Azure Administration, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory

• PowerShell scripting

• ServiceNow

• Security and patch management

• Network troubleshooting

• Microsoft 365 Copilot and Teams Administration
