Summary

React Native Engineering Lead 68422

We are seeking a React Native Engineering Lead with our client. Candidates must bring mobile development experience across React Native, iOS, and Android, along with proven leadership experience.

The ideal candidate will lead the technical vision and execution for cross-platform mobile development, with a primary focus on revamping the guest account frontend experience by transitioning native applications to React Native.

This role is 80 to 90% leadership and 10 to 20% hands on, requiring strong architectural expertise, team leadership, and the ability to drive delivery across a team of developers. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to build scalable, high-performance mobile and web solutions.

You will be responsible for overseeing development efforts, mentoring engineers, and ensuring alignment with technical and business goals while implementing modern mobile architecture patterns, CI/CD practices, and performance optimization strategies.

Location: Miami, Florida hybrid 4 days onsite
