Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced IAM Operations & Automation Specialist to streamline Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations and support IAM automation initiatives within a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IAM, DevSecOps, and cybersecurity, with hands-on expertise in industry-leading IAM tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize and streamline IAM operations to enhance efficiency and security.
- Develop, implement, and support automation frameworks within IAM processes.
- Leverage tools like SailPoint, CyberArk, and Ping Identity to manage identities, privileged access, and authentication.
- Collaborate closely with DevSecOps teams to integrate security practices into the development lifecycle.
- Manage customer interactions effectively to understand their needs and deliver tailored IAM and cybersecurity solutions.
- Support the expansion and growth of the company s cybersecurity and DevSecOps footprint by identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and industry standards.
- Monitor and respond to IAM-related security incidents and vulnerabilities
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in IAM operations and automation.
- Expertise with IAM tools such as SailPoint, CyberArk, and Ping Identity.
- Strong background in DevSecOps tools and methodologies.
- In-depth understanding of cybersecurity concepts and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer relationships and support business growth.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver impactful security solutions.
