What You'll Do

  • Map and document end-to-end permitting and launch workflows across internal teams, vendors, and external agencies.
  • Identify bottlenecks, process gaps, and operational inefficiencies impacting launch speed and scalability.
  • Lead efforts to simplify workflows, reduce permit cycle times, and improve execution across the site launch lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement standardized processes and operating mechanisms that improve execution consistency and support scalable growth.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve blockers, mitigate risks, and drive expansion execution across markets.

What You'll Bring
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and external partners.
  • Strong process improvement and systems-thinking capability with the ability to simplify complex workflows and drive scalable solutions.
  • Strong operational and program management skills with the ability to balance strategic problem-solving and hands-on execution.
  • Experience designing and implementing operating mechanisms that improve execution, accountability, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence across multiple functional teams and leadership levels.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence without authority, and drive results in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, process improvement, business operations, or related roles.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving operational process improvements in complex environments.
  • Experience using project management and workflow tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Airtable, or similar platforms.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% to support site launches, stakeholder engagement, and operational initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting large-scale operational, infrastructure, or expansion-related programs.
  • Experience with process mapping, workflow optimization, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or related certifications.
