Summary

Role: Product Manager - Sales and Support Tech with Generative AI / Agentic AI experience
Location: San Jose, CA (3 days a week onsite)
Job Type: Contract
8+ years Product Manager experience in Sales/Support technologies, hands-on Generative/Agentic AI experience, experience with AI platform integration, strong analytics, cross-functional leadership, and a relevant bachelor's degree.

Must Have:
  • 8+ years in product management with proven Sales & Support tech experience.
  • Demonstrated success in product launches and lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience implementing Generative AI / Agentic AI solutions in customer-facing products.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise CRM/support systems.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and tools (training, fine-tuning, deployment).
  • Experience with leading AI platforms: Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service, Amazon Bedrock, AWS SageMaker.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills; ability to define and track KPIs.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, UX, sales, legal, support, and data science teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (technical & non-technical).
  • Must have experience engaging with customers and gathering feedback to validate product concepts.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into product strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
