Job Title: Senior Technical Account Manager – AI Development & Cloud Services

We are seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to own strategic client relationships for our AI-enabled software development and cloud services. This role serves as the primary partner for clients, ensuring the successful delivery of programs that leverage AI-assisted development (Cursor-based workflows) and modern cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform). The TAM will drive delivery governance, align technology initiatives to business outcomes, enable adoption of AI-driven engineering practices, and ensure high standards of quality, security, and performance.

The ideal candidate brings 12+ years of experience in software delivery or cloud programs, strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage distributed engineering teams. This role also carries accountability for account health and growth - identifying expansion opportunities, supporting solutioning, and ensuring long-term partnership success through consistent value delivery and operational excellence.
