Job Description:
Position Summary:
  • Client is seeking an experienced Servo-Motor Repair Technician to join their Euless, TX facility.
  • This is a hands-on, bench-based role focused on diagnosing, repairing, and testing servo motors and related industrial equipment.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, along with experience working on servo systems and motor components.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair servo motors, including AC/DC servo systems and related components
  • Perform disassembly, inspection, cleaning, and reassembly of motors and assemblies
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and schematics
  • Test repaired motors to ensure proper functionality and performance
  • Replace or repair components such as bearings, encoders, windings, and feedback devices
  • Document repair processes, findings, and test results accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production timelines and quality standards
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Hands-on experience repairing servo motors or industrial motors
  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
  • Experience with diagnostic tools such as multimeters, megohmmeters, and oscilloscopes
  • Mechanical aptitude, including experience with bearings, shafts, and assemblies
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with industrial automation equipment or drives (VFDs, servo drives)
  • Background in component-level repair
  • Technical training or certification in electronics, electrical, or mechanical fields

  • Location: Euless, TX (1010 Pamela Drive, Euless, TX 76040)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • 100% onsite
  • Occasional weekend call-in support as needed
  • Employment Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time | Hourly
  • Pay Range: $30 to $35/hour (flexible based on experience)
