Summary
Job Description role: BPO Transition Integration Manager-Financial experience
REMOTE
Role responsibilities overview;
Overall responsibility for the transition and integration of all workstreams for all Waves, tech implementation if any and transformation in-line with the IBM solution as contracted with the Client.
Responsible for scheduling and monitoring of IBM resources to ensure consistent performance to meet all project objectives.
Coordinates requirements and deliverables as needed with clientcounterpart
Plan and run IBM Internal and Client related Governance, risk assessment & reporting.
Responsible for performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, and appropriate business measurements for the overall Transition project, according to the project plan or charter.
Enables the Transition Management System and Governance
Provides overall direction to workstream transition leads on integrated project plan and program management processes (status reporting, risk and issue management reporting, transition deliverables management, etc.).
Interlocks project plan across workstreams and responsible for integration of process design across all workstreams.
Responsible for creation of overall strategy documents applied across all centers and workstreams (ie, test strategy, cutover strategy, etc.)
Responsible for management and reconciliation of transition cost against approved cost case.
Escalation point for issues and risks prior to escalation to DPE/, PE, etc.as defined by project escalation procedures.

Coaches others in maintaining open communication among project managers and interested parties. Oversees reporting requirements and creates monitoring and control mechanisms. Plans, estimates, staffs, organizes and monitors a set of projects within a program.

Management
Process (TCS) Knowledge of the problem management process; ability to follow through a problem management process and bring a reported problem to a successful resolution. 3 Implements the processes and activities needed to handle unusual problems. Oversees problem reporting, tracking, escalation and resolution. Evaluates alternative approaches to resolving a customer problem. Participates in trend and root cause analysis to identify and address recurring problems.
Advises on the processes and associated costs for different types of problems. Receives, clarifies and resolves a variety of standard and atypical problems.

Knowledge of the contractual and legal matters related to expenditures (consulting services, maintenance, agreements, acquisitions, outsourcing, etc.); ability to evaluate, interpret and improve the language used in contractual agreements. 2 Monitors compliance with contract specifications and regulations. Maintains files of relevant information for specific customers, vendors, or contracts. Assesses key legal considerations associated with terms and conditions of a contract. Assists in evaluating specific pricing and delivery alternatives while nalysing benefits and drawbacks of each. Interprets legal documents detailing service provisions by an outside party.

Knowledge of the principle and methodology of finance management; ability to use the functions, tools and processes needed to manage financial assets and liabilities throughout the organization. 3 Evaluates differing expense management alternatives and makes recommendations. Facilitates proper documentation and compliance with established standards and regulations. Anticipates the relative positive and negative impact of each and every aspect of financial management. Utilizes a number of diverse expense management tools and methods. Oversees an organization's expense management processes and units. Designs, prepares, summarizes and presents expense management reports.

An IBM Senior PM is targeted towards those practitioners who work primarily as a Project Manager or Program Manager role. Recognized as an authority in the PM Profession, independently handling unique and complex situations, assisting others and providing guidance to executives. Formal Education Level: One of the below qualifications is required to be earn a Senior PM badge+
