We are seeking a dynamic and driven Consulting Legal Technology & AI Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be dedicated to driving innovative AI solutions within the legal industry. This role requires a unique blend of deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, client engagement, and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of AI, its applications, and how it can be responsibly leveraged to transform the legal sector.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design and implementation of AI solutions to address complex legal issues, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, develop AI strategies, and provide expert advice on the adoption of AI technologies.
3. Oversee the development of AI models, ensuring they comply with legal and ethical guidelines.
4. Conduct training and workshops to educate clients and internal teams on the use and benefits of AI in the legal industry.
5. Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely and successful delivery of AI projects.
6. Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
7. Advocate for responsible AI, ensuring transparency, fairness, and accountability in all AI initiatives.
8. Work closely with stakeholders to measure the impact and effectiveness of implemented AI solutions, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Law, or a related field. A Master's degree or Ph.D. is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal industry, with a focus on AI and technology consulting.
3. Proven experience in designing and implementing AI solutions in a legal or professional services environment.
4. Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, natural language processing, and related technologies.
5. Demonstrated knowledge of Responsible AI principles and practices.
6. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
8. Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and an innovative mindset.
9. Familiarity with legal regulations and industry standards related to AI.
10. Professional certifications in AI, machine learning, or related fields will be an added advantage.
