Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced AI Test Architect with strong expertise in Duck Creek Policy and Billing/Payments modules. This role will focus on designing and implementing AI-driven testing strategies, building intelligent automation frameworks, and ensuring high-quality delivery across Duck Creek implementations. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of domain expertise, technical leadership, and hands-on experience in AI-enabled quality engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Test Architecture & Strategy

• Design and implement scalable, AI-driven test automation frameworks for Duck Creek applications
• Define overall test strategy, architecture, and QA best practices for Policy and Billing systems
• Leverage AI techniques such as predictive defect analysis, self-healing automation, and intelligent test generation

Duck Creek Domain Expertise

• Work extensively with Duck Creek Policy Administration and Billing/Payments modules
• Develop and execute test scenarios across:
  • Policy lifecycle management
  • Underwriting workflows
  • Billing cycles and payment processing
  • Integrations with external insurance systems
• Validate configurations, business rules, and rating engines within Duck Creek

Automation & AI Integration

• Build and enhance AI-enabled test automation frameworks using modern tools
• Implement AI capabilities for:
  • Automated test case generation
  • Test optimization and prioritization
  • Defect prediction and analysis
  • Test data generation
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing

Quality Engineering

• Define and manage test coverage across functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and business teams to ensure quality across releases
• Establish quality metrics, reporting standards, and dashboards

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and mentor QA and automation teams
• Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to align testing strategies with business goals
• Drive adoption of AI practices within QA and testing processes

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Engineering
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Duck Creek platform
• Strong expertise in:
  • Duck Creek Policy Administration
  • Duck Creek Billing/Payments
• Proven experience designing enterprise-level test automation frameworks
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven testing tools or ML-based QA solutions
• Strong knowledge of:
  • API and integration testing
  • Test data management

Technical Skills

• Duck Creek Platform: Policy & Billing modules
• Automation Tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright
• Programming: Java or Python
• AI Testing Tools: Testim, Mabl, Functionize (or similar/custom ML frameworks)
• API Testing: Postman, RestAssured
• CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Insurance domain (P&C preferred)
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts applied to software testing
• Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow)
• Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling)
