Summary

Principal Business Intelligence Developer - 6 month 40 hr per week contract
We are seeking a Principal Business Intelligence Developer to provide senior technical leadership for analytics, reporting, data integration, and visualization within a growing academic healthcare environment.

This role will develop and govern the organization's business intelligence ecosystem while delivering trusted, actionable insights supporting clinical, operational, financial, quality, research, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and governance of BI, reporting, dashboards, and data visualization solutions.
Integrate complex data from clinical, operational, financial, quality, and research sources.
Partner with clinical, administrative, research, and IT leaders to translate business needs into actionable analytics.
Establish data, reporting, security, and governance standards.
Improve existing reporting capabilities and expand the organization's analytics portfolio.
Evaluate and leverage emerging technologies, automation, and AI to enhance decision-making.
Serve as the senior technical advisor for analytics strategy, architecture, and solutions.

Ideal Candidate

Senior-level experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, and data integration.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
Experience partnering with executive, clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
Healthcare or academic medical center experience strongly preferred.
