Job Description: Talent Acquisition Business Partner – Level 3
A leading aerospace company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner – Level 3 to support Space Sector Engineering and Manufacturing & Operations recruitment teams. This role will drive strategic recruiting initiatives, manage full-cycle talent acquisition, and partner with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles, including administrative, technical, professional, management, and leadership positions.
· Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates.
· Screen, interview, assess, and manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
· Partner with hiring managers to provide recruiting guidance, improve selection processes, and achieve business hiring goals.
· Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using market intelligence, data, and recruitment best practices.
· Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliance with talent acquisition processes.
· Utilize recruiting technology, applicant tracking systems, and analytics to support hiring strategies.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree).
· Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement.
· Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to manage high-volume recruiting environments and multiple priorities.
· Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Ability to support occasional domestic travel.
· Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Aerospace or defense industry recruiting experience.
· Experience with Workday Recruiting, Eightfold, or similar ATS platforms.
· Knowledge of talent sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing, and digital recruiting tools.
· Experience using recruiting metrics and data-driven hiring approaches.
