This is a build and migration-focused role, not a traditional support role Position is a replacement hire for infrastructure build activities Involves database infrastructure setup, automation, and cloud migration

Key Responsibilities

Build and configure database infrastructure (rack systems, environments, etc.) Develop and manage automation scripts (Ansible preferred) Lead/execute Oracle to PostgreSQL migration Support AWS cloud migration initiatives Participate in deployment, launch, and stabilization phases Provide after-hours support during critical periods (launch/stabilization)

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with:

PostgreSQL (mandatory)

Oracle (mandatory)

Database build & migration projects

Experience with:

Ansible (preferred for automation)

AWS (good to have, especially migration exposure) SQL – secondary skill

Nice to Have

Experience with CloudFormation

Exposure to large-scale infra build/migration environments Candidate Expectations Must be hands-on and productive from Day 1 Strong focus on delivery and execution Comfortable working in a high-impact, fast-paced build environment
