If you?re an experienced technician who can diagnose difficult problems and complete complex repairs, this role gives you the equipment, workflow, and support to put those skills to work.
You?ll diagnose and repair domestic, Asian, and European vehicles in a heated and air-conditioned shop averaging approximately 60 vehicles per week. Support includes a General Manager, Service Advisor, and Quality Technician, allowing you to focus on accurate diagnostics and quality repairs.

What You?ll Be Doing
- Diagnose advanced electrical, drivability, and mechanical concerns
- Complete complex mechanical repairs
- Perform engine and transmission removal and replacement
- Complete timing chain and head gasket repairs
- Service domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
- Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections
- Document findings and prepare accurate labor and parts information
- Use Autel and Snap-on diagnostic equipment
- Mentor developing technicians and support quality repairs
What You Need
- 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, and drivability skills
- Experience completing complex mechanical repairs
- Engine and transmission replacement experience
- Timing chain and head gasket repair experience
- Ability to work independently and mentor developing technicians
- Professional automotive tools appropriate for your experience
Preferred Experience
- ASE certifications
- Tekmetric experience
- Digital Vehicle Inspection experience (DVI training is available for the right technician.
- Previous Lead or Diagnostic Technician experience
