Senior Bookkeeper

Our client, a rapidly growing global logistics and supply chain company expanding presence in Canada, and  looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join their team in Mississauga.

With over 30+ years in business, USD 250M+ in revenue, and offices across India, USA, Thailand, Dubai, and now Canada, they are entering an exciting phase of growth driven by both organic expansion and acquisitions.

Role Overview
This is a hands-on, full-cycle accounting role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and takes ownership of financial accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
• Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Invoicing & transaction management (~200+ invoices/month, growing)
• Bank & general ledger reconciliations
• Month-end and year-end support (March 31 year-end)
• HST filings and statutory compliance
• Financial reporting and analysis
• Coordination with global head office on accounting matters

What Client is Looking For
• 10–15 years of bookkeeping / accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of Canadian accounting practices and compliance
• High level of integrity and professionalism (confidential data handling)
• Ability to work independently and report directly to senior leadership
• Experience in logistics / freight / warehousing is an asset
• Comfortable working with ERP systems (experience with FRESA is a plus)

Work Setup
• Full-time, on-site (Mississauga)
• Potential hybrid flexibility (3 days in-office / 2 remote) in future
