Implementing, Supporting and Delivering solution to Oncor for the Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing - CC&B system. To develop and configure the Oracle Customer Care billing system with In-depth Application Framework config and technical tool knowledge involving Maintenance Object, Business Object, Scripts, Zones, XAI Services, Bundling, Batch jobs, User Interface Maps, etc. Facilitate technical and functional design workshop and articulate solutions through written and verbal communication. Document the process changes, components impacted and functional work flow. Develop functional designs and technical specifications for Oracle utilities package, customization, interfaces & reports.
