Summary

Consultant Scrum Master & SOX Compliance || Remote

We are seeking an experienced Consultant with expertise in Scrum Master practices and SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliance. The ideal candidate will support Agile teams in delivering projects efficiently while ensuring adherence to SOX controls and regulatory requirements.

Scrum Master Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives)
Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum best practices

SOX Compliance Responsibilities:

Support SOX control documentation, testing, and compliance activities
Ensure IT and business processes align with SOX requirements
Coordinate with internal and external auditors

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
Strong knowledge of SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliance requirements
Experience working with IT controls and audit processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred
