DescriptionOur client is seeking a dynamic Anaplan Financial Model Builder with strong SAP experience to drive innovation and efficiency across their finance organization while they shift to SAP S/4 HANA. This role will be pivotal in bridging planning, reporting, and systems, ensuring seamless integration between current and future state processes. The ideal candidate will be a certified Anaplan Model Builder with strong SAP expertise, ready to lead transformation initiatives and support the finance team through critical system implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Anaplan Financial Modelling: Build and maintain financial models and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
- SAP ERP Implementation: Act as a key partner in the SAP ERP rollout, connecting planning and reporting processes across the finance organization.
- Transition Support: Design and implement Anaplan solutions to facilitate the team's transition during system upgrades.
- Ad Hoc Support: Collaborate with the Financial Reporting and Consolidation team on special projects and requests.
- Testing & Tracking: Support team members in Anaplan testing, monitor progress, and report delays to ensure timely delivery.
- SAP Functional Testing: Test SAP functionalities related to Financial Reporting and Systems to validate accuracy and efficiency.
- Change Communication: Effectively communicate system and process changes to the broader finance organization, ensuring alignment and adoption.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Anaplan Model Builder Certification (required)
- Experience with SAP
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (preferred)
- Proven expertise in Anaplan
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams through transformation projects
- Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and efficiency
