Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our engineering team for a long-term engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance enterprise web applications.
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in backend Java development using Spring Boot, combined with modern frontend expertise in either React or Angular (2+). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features that impact our core business logic and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Full-Stack Development: Design and develop secure, scalable, and modular technical solutions using Java/Spring Boot for the backend and React or Angular for the frontend.
• API Architecture: Build, optimize, and maintain robust RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Frontend Excellence: Translate wireframes and complex business logic into responsive, high-performance UI components.
• Database Management: Write efficient SQL queries, design database schemas, and ensure data integrity across relational or non-relational databases.
• Quality & Performance: Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code. Implement unit and integration tests (e.g., JUnit, Mockito, Jest, or Jasmine).
• Collaboration: Partner with product managers, QA, and DevOps engineers to ensure seamless deployment and feature delivery in an Agile environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
• Overall Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional experience developing enterprise-grade Web Applications in a Full-Stack capacity.
• Frontend Expertise: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience building single-page applications (SPAs) using React (Hooks, State Management) OR Angular 2+ (TypeScript, RxJS).
• Backend Expertise: 3 to 5 years of deep technical experience with Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem (Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data).
Technical Skills
• Strong understanding of web fundamentals (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+).
• Proven experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and ORM frameworks like Hibernate/JPA.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and modern build tools (Maven, Gradle, Webpack, or Vite).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-ready/containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Soft Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced onsite environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Knowledge of modern UI styling libraries (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Material-UI, or Bootstrap)
