Role: AI Engineer (W2 Requirement)

Location: Rockville, MD (Onsite)

Duration: Long term

Note: Need 8+ years of experience

Job Description:

First priority is ai background

AI engineers, not data scientists. Who can develop agents

Job Must Haves:

Java programming with AWS skills
Python programming (good to have)
AI engineering background
Experience with Learning Management Systems (Saba and Docebo migration)
Automation testing skills
Ability to lead and adapt to changes

Job Nice to Haves:

AI/Machine Learning skills (added advantage)
Knowledge of Docebo LMS
Familiarity with integrations with Workday
Experience with Bedrock or similar models

About the Position / Current Initiatives: Migrating from an old learning management system (Saba) to a new LMS (Docebo). Focus on enhancing LMS capabilities and building AI agents on top of it. Integration with Workday and configuration management are also key aspects.
