Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Visual Designer III to join our team in Cupertino, California. The ideal candidate will bring a strong creative vision, exceptional design skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This role will focus on creating visually compelling designs that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute high-quality visual designs for digital and print media.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency and alignment with project goals.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.
• Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in visual design or a similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
