Title: Remote Senior Cloud Developer (AWS Lambda / Python / Terraform)
Location: REMOTE (No PST Candidates)  
Travel: Quarterly travel to Dallas (expenses paid)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Job Description:

Candidates must have strong, stable work history (no frequent short-term roles)

Please note, we are looking for a cloud developer  someone who came from a developer background (;i.e. java)  and has moved into aws cloud lambda python . API experience

Heavy python lambda development.  Client is getting rid of cloud formation and using terraform.

We are not looking for systems/ infrastructure/devops candidates. Also this isn’t an AI /Machine learning role.

• Requirements:

·       15+ years U.S. experience

·       Strong cloud-native background

·       AWS Lambda (Python)

·       Terraform (IaC)

·       Kafka

·       System design understanding

·       API Gateway

·       Java background and has transitioned to AWS/Python/serverless

·       Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders
