Description

This project team will support key Client IT/IS initiatives to enhance the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to improve and sustain Client security controls.

Role Responsibilities

The Solution Architect (SA) will be responsible for working with multiple internal stakeholders to interpret/translates requirements into a ServiceNow CMDB solution. The SA will work closely with project leadership and stakeholders to communicate business problems and translate them into appropriate solution designs. In addition, support the implementation, business process updates, and training and education.

Required Skills – experience in the following required:

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Solution Architecture              (7-10 yrs experience)
• ServiceNow                                 (3-5 yrs experience)
• Stakeholder Engagement     (7-10 yrs experience)

Preferred Skills

• Agile Methodologies

Education Level: Bachelor’s
