Job Type- Long Term Contract

The Product Manager, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, will work as part of the Digital Growth Solutions team to implement and support Salesforce Revenue Cloud [Configure, Price.,} Quote for the B2B Sales organization. This will be a remote work-from-home position located in North America.

  • Work as a Business Analyst to support the Salesforce Revenue Cloud rollout for our EU region. Also assist with planning and scoping for any subsequent rollouts

  • Act as a dedicated business/ solution architect to conduct complex analysis and requirements definition for Salesforce Revenue Cloud, define user stories, validate acceptance criteria and dependencies

  • Document functional business requirements, process flow diagrams, and business cases

  • Work with Revenue Cloud admins and developers to ensure stories are built to spec, and acceptance criteria are met. Be the first point of contact to test user stories

  • Interface with Business and IT cross functional teams to identify and resolve business systems problems.

  • Perform hands-on solution design, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and process design tasks as required in support of current and new projects in CPQ domain

  • Create and deliver high quality presentations to functional and executive stakeholders, incorporating data driven insights and AI enabled analytics where applicable

  • Assists planning projects/programs, and supports business process redesign

  • Create documentation, conduct testing and cutover activities in concert with other team members. Create AI enabled templates to be leveraged for subsequent releases

  • Be one of the first points of contact for user support and problem solving

 

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

● 8+ years of relevant experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud with at least 3 years working with Salesforce CPQ/Revenue CLoud.

o Must have worked on multiple full lifecycle Salesforce CPQ implementations with strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.

o Must have experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with other key systems such as a Partner Portal, ERP etc.

● Deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ/ Revenue Cloud: This includes knowledge of core functionalities like product configuration, pricing rules, quoting workflows, amendments, renewals, contract management, approvals and system integrations

● Expertise in the Quote to Cash lifecycle for a B2B business, preferably one that sells via a multi-tier channel model

● Experience with selling Services subscriptions - services auto attach, renewals, co-terming etc.

● Experience working in a global, multi-currency, multi-country environment

● Experience integrating with Oracle Channel Revenue Management module a plus

● Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Finance and IT.

● Ability to bring a consulting approach to help business solve issues and challenges

● Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.

● Excellent verbal, active listening and written communications skills that should be equally effective with IT, marketing, and sales

● Outstanding leadership and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and prioritize among competing tasks and assignments

● Must be able to work flexible hours to collaborate with a diversely distributed global IT and business team members

● Serve as an AI champion, leading AI enablement efforts across various deliverables to create a library of Revenue Cloud \CPQ library of artifacts

 

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

● Salesforce Sales Cloud Analyst/ Administrator certification

● Salesforce Reporting or CRM Analytics Reporting expertise a plus

● Salesforce Revenue Cloud Certification
