Job Description
We are seeking a Solution Architect to join our dynamic team and lead the JMS program. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in integration architecture, API-first and event-driven design, cloud, and applied AI and a proven ability to deliver complex solutions across the full lifecycle from design through go live.
Responsibilities:
- Lead solution architecture and technical design with focus on scalability, reliability, security, and standards alignment.
- Own end-to-end technical delivery across design, build, test, deployment, and post go-live stabilization.
- Define and govern API-first and event-driven architectures.
- Incorporate AI-enabled capabilities into solution designs for automation, intelligent routing, data enrichment, analytics, and operational insights.
- Partner with development, DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams to drive execution.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with offshore delivery teams and provide clear designs, documentation, and technical oversight.
- Support migration and modernization initiatives, including legacy transitions.
- Serve as a technical liaison, translating business needs into well-architected solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Solution Architect or Senior Technical Lead.
- Proven delivery across design, build, test, and go-live.
- Hands-on experience with API gateways (Mulesoft preferred) and event-driven systems such as Solace, Kafka, or MQ.
- Expertise designing secure, PII-aware architectures including data masking/unmasking and encryption in transit and at rest.
- AI experience integrating AI/ML services for automation, data analysis, decision support, or operational intelligence with knowledge of model integration patterns, data needs, and governance.
- Cloud experience (AWS preferred) and close collaboration with DevOps teams.
- Hands-on approach and readiness to troubleshoot.
- Experience in hybrid onsite/offshore delivery models and migration or modernization efforts.
Preferred Skills:
- Applying AI to integration platforms, messaging workflows, or operational monitoring.
- Familiarity with data pipelines and analytics for AI solutions.
- Experience in regulated environments with strong data governance requirements.
