The ideal candidate will have supply chain experience with hands-on buying experience and the ability to translate technical or system changes into practical impacts for business users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support readiness assessments, go/no-go criteria, and recommendations.

  • Create supply chain communications for cutover and launch events, including advisories, service interruption notices, FAQs, and what-to-expect guides.

  • Plan communications by audience and timing for buyers, leaders, and suppliers across regions.

  • Support training by helping develop job aids, quick-reference guides, and training sessions aligned with the cutover timeline.

  • Support hypercare by tracking questions and issues and turning trends into guidance and quick fixes.

  • Build presentations and status updates for leadership covering readiness, risks, adoption, and cutover progress.

  • Develop readiness scorecards and metrics covering training, communications, and user confidence.

  • Represent the business in governance, readiness reviews, and cross-functional forums.

  • Support additional launch and change priorities as the program evolves.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.

  • Three or more years of experience in supply chain, including hands-on experience as a buyer in production, program, commodity, or indirect purchasing.

  • Solid understanding of the purchasing process.

  • Experience in ERP or system implementation, change management, cutover, or business readiness, or a strong interest in these areas.

  • Ability to understand technical or system changes and explain their impact to business users.
