- Serve as a Salesforce design and development resource using Agile software development lifecycle methodologies.
- Develop Salesforce solutions to meet agency needs.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems used by Minnesota Housing.
- Create and maintain automated workflows and process builders to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
- Work closely with Business Analysts to gather and analyze requirements.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to define scope, timelines, deliverables, and assist with creating detailed project plans.
- Coordinate with the Enterprise Architect, Business Analysts, and QA to develop test cases and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate Salesforce solutions meet the defined requirements.
- Work with the Project Manager to manage change requests, ensuring that any changes to the project scope or requirements are documented, assessed, and approved.

Minimum Qualifications
- 12 years experience in Salesforce design and development
- Active Salesforce certifications in
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
- Salesforce Certified Platform Agentforce Specialist
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II
- 2 years experience using Sales Cloud
- 2 years experience using Service Cloud
- 2 years experience using Experience Cloud
- 2 years experience using Government Cloud
Desired Skills
- Scaled Agile Certified SAFe Practitioner
- Salesforce Certified Platform Data Architect
- Salesforce Certified Platform Sharing and Visibility Architect
- 5 years of Administrator experience
- Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO)
