Recruiting for this role ends on 6/30/2026

Work you'll do

As a Total Rewards Benefits Operate Senior Consultant , you will support work by contributing to Health & Welfare (H&W) benefits administration implementations and enabling a smooth transition to ongoing operations . This role is hands-on: gathering and translating requirements, supporting solution design and testing, coordinating with integration and payroll teams, and helping drive operational readiness.

You will bring practical H&W marketplace knowledge, understand common benefits administration capabilities across traditional rewards provider platforms, and have a foundational understanding of how HCM platforms integrate with rewards programs .

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support end-to-end Health & Welfare (H&W) implementation activities including discovery, requirements, design support, testing preparation/execution, cutover planning support, and go-live stabilization.
  • Document H&W plan rules and administration requirements (e.g., eligibility, enrollment, life events, EoI, deductions, billing, carrier/vendor feeds, reporting).
  • Build and maintain key implementation artifacts (requirements traceability, decision logs, RAID logs, status updates, implementation schedules).
  • Advise on end-to-end H&W administration capabilities across traditional provider platforms (e.g., enrollment experience, rules engines, eligibility, communications, carrier connectivity).
  • Support operational process design (exception handling, case processes, reconciliation, member experience touchpoints).
  • Assist with test planning and execution for integrations and deductions (test scenarios, test data, defect triage, results documentation).
  • Help identify and escalate risks tied to data quality, timing, and payroll close dependencies
  • Develop or support creation of readiness artifacts (SOP drafts, RACI inputs, escalation paths, training/job aids, service metrics).
  • Support hypercare activities: issue tracking, root cause analysis support, communication to stakeholders, and documentation of fixes.
  • Partner effectively with client stakeholders across Total Rewards, HR, HRIT, Payroll, Finance, and vendors.
The Team

Our Insights, Innovation & Operate Offering is designed to enhance key aspects of our clients' businesses by leveraging cutting-edge technology, data, and a blend of deep technical and human expertise. We innovate and deliver creative, industry-specific solutions that streamline operations and accelerate speed-to-value.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in health and welfare benefits administration in implementation, operations, optimization, or vendor/provider environments
  • 4+ years of experience supporting eligibility, enrollment, life events, deductions, vendor feeds, or reconciliations in a benefits administration environment
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Human Capital Management or payroll integration activities for benefits administration, including data flows, timing, file-based exchanges, or application programming interface exchanges
  • 3+ years of experience preparing client-facing presentations, status updates, or deliverables using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, or data visualization platform
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in one or more Human Resources or benefits disciplines, such as Certified Employee Benefit Specialist, Professional in Human Resources, Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional, or comparable certification
  • 5+ years of experience supporting or leading health and welfare benefits change initiatives, including implementation, process redesign, communications, stakeholder readiness, or adoption activities
  • 3+ years of experience supporting operational transition activities for benefits administration, including stabilization, hypercare, standard operating procedures, training materials, or service-level metrics
  • 3+ years of experience using project delivery tools or methods, including workplans, risk, action, issue, and decision logs, requirements traceability, or collaboration tools
