Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP Solution Architect / Functional Lead with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP), Advanced ATP (aATP/ATP), and SAP Materials Management (MM). The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end manufacturing, production planning, inventory, and order fulfillment processes while collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

This role requires extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA manufacturing implementations, solution architecture, and enterprise-wide process transformation.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement SAP S/4HANA Production Planning solutions.
• Configure and optimize SAP PP including:
  • Material Master
  • Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Routings
  • Production Versions
  • Work Centers
  • Production Orders
  • Process Orders
  • Repetitive Manufacturing
• Configure and optimize MRP Live and Classic MRP.
• Support Demand Management, Long-Term Planning, Capacity Planning, and Production Scheduling.
• Implement and optimize SAP ATP/Advanced ATP (aATP), including:
  • Product Availability Check
  • Alternative-Based Confirmation (ABC)
  • Backorder Processing (BOP)
  • Product Allocation (PAL)
  • Release for Delivery
• Configure SAP MM processes including Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Goods Receipt/Goods Issue, Stock Transfers, Physical Inventory, Vendor Master, and Material Valuation.
• Lead business process workshops, gather requirements, and prepare functional specifications.
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and production support.
• Drive manufacturing process improvements and SAP best practices.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and global stakeholders.

• Minimum 2 SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
• Strong experience with SAP ATP/aATP.
• Extensive manufacturing and supply chain process knowledge.
• Experience in High-Tech, Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Automotive, or Industrial Manufacturing industries.
• Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
