Job Location: Rockville,MD or Tysons,VA (Rockville Preferred)

Days a Week Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid - 3 days/onsite

2^nd round in-person interview

Job Must Haves:

12+ years of professional software development experience
Expert-level Java and Spring Boot experience
Strong Angular and TypeScript experience
Hands-on AWS experience
Proficiency with PostgreSQL and Liquibase migrations

Job Nice to Haves:

Deep domain experience in IAM
Experience with PingOne Identity Platform
Experience with BPM/workflow engines
Elasticsearch for search-driven features
Performance engineering with Gatling

About the Position / Current Initiatives: Guide the team building and operating the enterprise-scale identity and access-management platform. Balance 50–60% hands-on engineering and architecture with 40–50% team leadership, planning, and stakeholder engagement.
