Description:

AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced Lead AI Engineer to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for banking and financial services applications.
• Architect and develop LLM-powered applications, AI agents, RAG pipelines, prompt-engineering frameworks, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Build scalable AI solutions using Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Python, .NET, APIs, vector databases, and cloud-native services.
• Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for enterprise knowledge retrieval, document processing, and business decision support.
• Design and implement AI agents and multi-agent workflows to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Integrate LLM and AI capabilities with enterprise applications through REST APIs, Azure API Management, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Lead the development of AI prototypes and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and transition successful solutions into production.
• Implement prompt engineering, model evaluation, guardrails, responsible AI, security, and data protection practices within AI applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, data engineers, cybersecurity, risk, and compliance teams to identify and prioritize AI use cases.
• Establish reusable AI engineering frameworks, development standards, architecture patterns, and best practices across enterprise AI initiatives.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Azure DevOps, and Azure Pipelines for AI and application deployments.
• Monitor AI applications for performance, accuracy, reliability, latency, cost, and model quality, implementing continuous improvements.
• Work with structured and unstructured banking data to develop machine learning, NLP, document intelligence, and predictive analytics solutions.
• Ensure AI solutions meet banking regulatory, security, privacy, audit, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct technical design and code reviews, mentor engineers, and provide technical leadership across AI engineering initiatives.
• Stay current with emerging technologies in LLMs, Agentic AI, MCP, RAG, AI orchestration, AI-assisted development, and cloud AI platforms.
