D365 CE Migration Architect

Description

We are looking for an experienced D365 CE Migration Architect to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role involves supporting and advising on the transition from on-premises Dynamics CRM to the cloud-based D365 Customer Engagement platform. The position is part-time and offers the flexibility of remote work, while requiring a strong focus on collaboration and technical expertise.

Responsibilities:
Lead and provide expert guidance on migrating workflows and functionalities from Dynamics CRM to D365 Customer Engagement in the cloud.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure smooth integration during the migration process.
Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Automate to enhance automation and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the migration and ensure system stability.
Develop and document best practices for the migration process and provide training as needed.
Conduct performance testing and optimization for the newly implemented cloud-based system.
Stay updated on the latest developments in D365 and related technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Ensure data integrity and security throughout the migration process.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to deliver updates and address concerns.
Provide post-migration support to ensure the system meets the organization's needs.

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and D365.
Proven expertise in cloud migration projects, particularly transitioning from on-premises systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate and its applications for workflow automation.
Strong analytical skills to identify and address technical challenges during migration.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a remote environment.
Knowledge of best practices for data security and system integration.
Ability to document processes and train end users on new systems.
Experience in performance testing and optimizing cloud-based solutions.
