Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This part-time role (20 hours per week) will focus on overseeing critical infrastructure migration projects, including transitioning IT services to a cloud-based environment. Based in Denver, Colorado, this position offers the opportunity to lead impactful projects within the real estate industry while collaborating closely with Managed Service Providers and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the migration of IT infrastructure from on-premises systems to Azure cloud environments.
Coordinate with Managed Service Providers to ensure seamless integration of network services and cloud-based solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and regular updates.
Organize and facilitate project meetings, track progress, and address any concerns or questions.
Identify licensing needs and ensure all compliance documentation is accurate and complete.
Apply flexible project management methodologies, such as stand-up meetings, to maintain project momentum.
Provide assertive leadership and maintain accountability for timelines and deliverables.
Oversee the migration of file systems to SharePoint and support future transitions to Microsoft platforms.
Collaborate on endpoint protection strategies and infrastructure security enhancements.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of experience managing IT infrastructure migration projects.
Expertise in transitioning on-premises systems to cloud environments, particularly Azure.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 enterprise solutions and cloud architecture.
Experience working with Managed Service Providers and coordinating large-scale IT transitions.
Familiarity with endpoint protection and security concepts for IT infrastructure.
Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile Scrum.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and related technologies.
Background in Microsoft Security stack migrations is a plus.
