Business Analyst (D365 CE)

Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to impactful projects involving Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and data migration, paired with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:
Analyze business needs and translate them into functional requirements for Dynamics 365 CE systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
Support the migration of data and processes from on-premises Dynamics systems to D365 CE in the cloud.
Evaluate existing workflows and recommend enhancements to optimize performance.
Develop documentation and reports to track project progress and system updates.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes and system functionality.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and present findings.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues post-migration.
Maintain clear communication with all team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Dynamics 365 CE.
Proven experience supporting data migration projects from on-premises Dynamics systems to cloud-based D365.
Familiarity with Dynamics workflows and the ability to optimize them.
Strong analytical skills to identify and address business needs effectively.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Ability to document processes and maintain organized records.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
