Security Analytics & Reporting Lead BSA - NetSkope (ATA Program)

Role Overview

The ATA Program is seeking a Security Analytics & Reporting Lead with strong NetSkope experience to drive global security reporting and insight delivery. This role is focused on ingesting NetSkope data, extracting actionable intelligence, and communicating insights clearly to business and security stakeholders worldwide.

This is a reporting-first role, not a pure engineering position. Success is defined by clarity, influence, and the ability to translate complex security data into meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Ingest, analyze, and interpret NetSkope security reports and telemetry.
• Identify trends, risks, anomalies, and control effectiveness across enterprise environments.
• Produce executive-ready reports, dashboards, and narratives tailored to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Communicate insights to global business and security leaders with high clarity and credibility.
• Act as a liaison between technical security teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
• Support ongoing refinement of reporting frameworks and metrics aligned to business risk.
• Operate effectively in a dynamic environment with evolving reporting lines and coverage models.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with NetSkope reporting, analytics, or security monitoring.
• Proven ability to analyze large volumes of security data and derive actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation-level.
• Experience working with global stakeholders across time zones and cultures.
• Ability to explain technical security concepts in clear, business-focused language.
• High comfort level with ambiguity, evolving requirements, and fast-moving programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in security analytics, security operations reporting, or cyber risk reporting.
• Experience supporting executive or senior leadership decision-making.
• Familiarity with cloud security, CASB, or enterprise security monitoring environments.
