The ideal candidate will have deep domain expertise across customer master data, order management, credit management, pricing, billing, accounts receivable, and revenue recognition within enterprise ERP environments (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, or NetSuite).
This is a senior-level position requiring exceptional cross-functional leadership, hands-on functional/technical configuration skills, and the business acumen to collaborate directly with C-suite executives, finance leads, and IT delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:

- ERP Functional Configuration: Lead hands-on functional setup, configuration, testing, and integration within enterprise ERP platforms (e.g., SAP SD/FICO, Oracle OTC Modules, or Salesforce/NetSuite).
- System Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to integrate OTC workflows with upstream and downstream systems, including CRM platforms (Salesforce), Product Information Management (PIM), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), third-party payment gateways, and Warehousing/3PL systems.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary functional advisor to Finance, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, and IT leadership to manage scope, align expectations, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with ASC 606 / IFRS 15 revenue recognition standards, internal controls, and US audit requirements. Oversee customer master data cleanup and governance.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Drive the strategy and execution for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Integration Testing, and Cutover activities. Develop test scenarios, scripts, and defect-resolution workflows.
- Change Management & Support: Provide end-user training, post-go-live hypercare support, and process documentation to ensure high adoption rates and smooth operational transitions.
Required Qualifications & Core Skills:
- Experience: 8+ years of functional implementation experience specializing in Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes.
- ERP Mastery: Deep hands-on experience in at least one major enterprise system:
- SAP: SAP S/4HANA / ECC (SD module, Sales Order Processing, Billing, FI-AR, FSCM).
- Oracle: Oracle Cloud ERP / Financials (Order Management, AR, Credit Management).
- NetSuite: NetSuite OTC / Advanced Order Management & Billing.
- Integration Expertise: Proven experience with EDI transactions (850, 855, 856, 810), payment processing integrations, and CRM-to-ERP integrations.
- Financial & Revenue Standards: Solid functional understanding of GAAP, ASC 606 revenue recognition guidelines, and accounts receivable reporting.
- Methodologies: Experience leading functional workstreams in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery frameworks.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Certifications: Certified SAP S/4HANA Sales / SD, Oracle Order Management Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist, or PMP certification.
- Analytics: Experience with analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud) for building OTC dashboards (DSO, Cash Flow, Order Cycle Time).
- Automation: Exposure to AI/RPA tools for automated cash application, invoice OCR, or credit decisioning.
- Industry Focus: Experience in High-Tech, Manufacturing, Retail/E-Commerce, or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
