Position SummaryWe are seeking a ServiceNow Architect and Platform Implementation Lead to help design, implement, and evolve Immunome's ServiceNow platform as a key component of the company's enterprise service transformation initiative.
This role serves as a primary technical subject matter expert and architectural authority of the ServiceNow platform, responsible to senior IT operations leadership for ensuring it evolves in alignment with Immunome's multi-phase enterprise roadmap. The position combines hands-on development and configuration with architectural leadership, enabling scalable, secure, and compliant workflows within a regulated biotech environment.
The successful candidate will help establish the platform foundation through IT Service Management (ITSM), Service Catalog, and validated workflow enablement while preparing the platform for future capabilities including IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), customer service workflows, enterprise automation, and AI-enabled operations.
Platform Architecture and Capability Roadmap- Define and maintain the ServiceNow platform architecture aligned with the enterprise service transformation roadmap.
- Establish the platform capability roadmap, sequencing implementation of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB maturity, ITAM, ITOM, and future applications and automation capabilities.
- Define architectural standards for data models, integrations, security controls, and platform governance.
- Ensure architecture supports scalability, regulatory compliance, and long-term platform maintainability.
- Evaluate new ServiceNow capabilities and recommend adoption strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Guide ServiceNow design decisions to ensure that it can serve as the central workflow and service orchestration platform connecting AI services, operational systems, and governance controls across enterprise systems.
ServiceNow Implementation and Development- Configure and deploy ServiceNow modules including ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, ITAM, ITOM, and Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Design and implement automated workflows using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
- Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, request workflows, and automated approval processes.
- Translate architectural designs into scalable ServiceNow configurations and custom solutions.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and perform root cause analysis to support reliable platform operation.
Platform Governance and Lifecycle Management- Establish ServiceNow governance standards including development practices, configuration policies, and architectural guidelines.
- Manage instance lifecycle strategy across development, test, and production environments.
- Provide technical leadership during implementation phases, upgrades, and continuous platform optimization.
- Define best practices for configuration versus customization to maintain platform upgradeability, stability, and long-term maintainability.
Integration and Data Architecture- Design integration architecture connecting ServiceNow with enterprise systems including identity management, infrastructure monitoring, procurement systems, and security platforms.
- Implement integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and middleware platforms.
- Support CMDB architecture, service mapping, and configuration data governance.
- Ensure integration architecture supports secure data exchange, scalable enterprise data flows, and reliable operational reporting.
Risk, Compliance, and Biotech Readiness- Ensure validated applications such as ProcessX support auditability, documentation, traceability, and controlled change practices.
- Partner with compliance, quality, cybersecurity, and operational stakeholders to support validated or compliance-sensitive workflows.
- Design platform controls and reporting structures that strengthen risk visibility, compliance posture, and inspection readiness.
Collaboration and Delivery- Partner with IT, operations, facilities, procurement, compliance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Translate business needs into technical architecture, implementation plans, and scalable ServiceNow designs.
- Review code, configurations, and solutions for quality, maintainability, and alignment to best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
AI, Data, and Enterprise Maturity- Contribute to platform readiness for AI-enabled automation, enterprise analytics, and intelligent workflow orchestration.
- Support integration of AI agents and automation frameworks with ServiceNow workflows and enterprise systems.
- Help design governance controls for AI-enabled services, automated decisioning, and operational transparency.
- Leverage capabilities such as ServiceNow Control Tower to enable centralized oversight, governance, and monitoring of AI-driven workflows and automation across the enterprise.
- Ensure platform architecture supports secure, compliant, and scalable AI orchestration models across enterprise systems.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience
- Experience implementing multiple ServiceNow modules in production
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, CMDB, security models, workflow automation, and JavaScript
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems
Preferred: - Experience working in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments; life sciences/biotech experience preferred.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or module-specific CIS certifications.
- Experience implementing or supporting AI-enabled workflows, virtual agents, or automation frameworks, with familiarity in governance and monitoring of AI-driven processes.
