Job Title: GenAI & Agentic AI Developer
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Onsite)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy GenAI and Agentic AI applications for enterprise use cases.

Build autonomous AI agents that can execute multi-step workflows with minimal human intervention.

Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with internal and external APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases and knowledge repositories.
Implement agent orchestration, tool calling, memory management, and workflow automation.
Optimize prompts, agent behavior, and system performance for scalability and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
Ensure AI applications follow security, governance, and responsible AI best practices.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of software development experience with strong proficiency in Python.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI frameworks.
Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
Strong understanding of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, etc.).
Experience integrating AI models with REST APIs and enterprise systems.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building AI copilots, autonomous agents, or workflow automation platforms.
Knowledge of multi-agent architectures and AI orchestration.
Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or open-source LLMs.
Familiarity with Kubernetes, MLOps, and AI deployment best practices.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an Agile environment.
