Job Type: Contract
Job Overview:
Pay Range: $70.85hr - $75.85hr
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations by collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing CAPA and change control processes, and driving operational excellence while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of cGMPs and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with CAPA and Change Control management.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate as an individual contributor within cross-functional teams supporting production units.
  • Act as the point of contact for CAPA and Change Control activities within improvement programs.
  • Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders including Quality Control, Engineering, Operations, and Quality Assurance.
  • Independently manage CAPA and Change Control action items and related documentation.
  • Ensure timely completion and adherence to established timelines.
  • Provide technical support for component qualification, OEE improvement, and system optimization initiatives.
  • Support implementation and optimization of electronic batch record systems.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings to resolve issues and drive project progress.
  • Influence stakeholders and remove obstacles to achieve deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Monitor and communicate key performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Utilize visual management systems to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and good manufacturing practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation practices to support product quality and safety.
  • Support audits and regulatory inspections as required.
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Knowledge of formulation, filling, and lyophilization processes.
  • Experience with change management processes and execution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with ERP and quality management systems.
  • Experience with electronic systems related to manufacturing operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
