Functional Tester

Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience testing HHS Integrated Eligibility (IE) systems, including SNAP, TANF, eligibility determinations.
• Strong experience across the testing lifecycle, including test planning, system/integration/UAT testing, defect management.
• Experience testing batch processes, interfaces (SOAP UI, flat files), data conversions, reports, notices, security roles.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Ability to write and modify SQL queries for data validation and test support.
• Experience performing backend data validation and comparing legacy system data with modernized platforms.
