Compensation
Pay Range:$18.13-$25.90 Per Hr

Job Description:
The role involves providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for mobility software in a hybrid work setting based in King of Prussia, PA. 
This contract position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobility applications. 
Familiarity with general technology tools is necessary.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
Maintain availability within the phone system for at least 8 hours daily to handle incoming contacts.
Analyze problems, provide initial resolutions, or escalate issues as needed.
Document customer issues in a ticketing system and manage the ticket lifecycle.
Support mobile applications and participate in user acceptance testing for new software releases.

Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Strong customer service skills, adaptable to users of all skill levels.
Working knowledge of general operating systems and office software.
Ability to follow procedures and quickly learn proprietary applications.
1-2 years of experience in a related IT environment or customer service role.
