Key Responsibilities
Data Management - Maintain, organize, and update the appeal‐tracking system. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across platforms.
Database Query Development - Assist in building, refining, and optimizing queries to support reporting, analytics, and strategic decision‐making.
Marketing Segmentation - Develop and execute segmentation strategies that support donor acquisition, renewal, and upgrade campaigns.
Cross‐Channel Data Coordination - Ensure consistent deployment of constituent data across mail, email, Telefund, and social channels to support integrated marketing efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Advanced Microsoft Excel - Strong proficiency in formulas and pivot tables.
Attention to Detail - Ability to manage complex processes with accuracy and precision.
Analytical Mindset - Comfortable interpreting data, identifying patterns, and supporting data‐driven decisions.
